1 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Customer have a maximum of 15 calendar days to change the product. Customer should beforehand contact via email [email protected] stating the reason for the return and what the new article or the size to be exchanged. Customer will be informed by email of the availability of the new product and its reserve as well as where you should send the item you want to exchange. The returned product must be in perfect conditions, with their labels and hygienic protections, with no signs of minimal use and must be returned with the invoice of purchase. We advise to send the order by registered post. OceanGlamour Lda is not liable in the case the package is lost. Neither will be accepted changes sent collect. In the case of exchanges, the costs of postage costs for the return are customer’s expense and the cost of freight shipping the new product, in the first swap, are by OceanGlamour Lda.
We do not do refunds.
2 – DELIVERY FORMS

After confirmation of payment, your order will be shipped to the address provided in 1 (one) to 3 (three) business days (Portugal) or 7 (sever) to 15 (fifteen) business days (Other Countries).
Deliveries to any European country and rest of the world may vary According to destiny and transport team.
No responsibility can be attributed to the company OceanGlamour Lda by any delay, motivated by transport strikes or any other circumstance for which it is not responsible.
Upon receipt of your order, make sure that your order matches the ordered and it arrived undamaged. If it’s not the case, we ask you to enter as soon as possible in contact with us via e-mail [email protected] If the item is in stock, we provide immediately the return. In case the article is no longer available, you can request an alternative article.
3 - STOCKS
In case of shortage of stock
In the event that a product in stock is exhausted having been already made the order and the respective payment, the customer will be advised of the impossibility of shipping the order and compensated for the full value of purchase.
