🔄 EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes. We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days, in accordance with Portuguese legislation, provided the item is unused, with tags attached and in perfect condition.
Can bikinis be returned?
Yes, bikini tops can be returned as long as they have not been worn and are in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging.
Bikini bottoms can only be returned if they have not been worn and if the hygienic seal remains intact, for hygiene reasons.
Who covers the shipping costs for online returns?
For online orders, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
