Shipping policy

After payment confirmation, your order will be shipped to the address provided, and we estimate delivery within 1 to 3 business days (Portugal) or 7 to 15 business days (other countries).
For international shipments outside the European Union, customs authorities in the destination country may hold the order for inspection, which may extend the estimated delivery time. Therefore, all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays or customs clearance processes.

Upon receiving your order, please check that it matches your purchase and that it arrived undamaged. If that is not the case, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately at geral@bikinikloset.com. If the item is in stock, we will promptly arrange an exchange. If the item is no longer available, you may choose an alternative product.
